Dear applicant,

 

Thank you for your interest and application for the Shaping Futures Academy 2026.

 

Before applying, please make sure that you have read the eligibility criteria and the conditions of participation. Enganging in our Academy requires commitment, time and active participation in all the modules whether in-person or online (see the schedule). If you think your personal and/or work arrangements will not allow you to fully commit to and participate in all modules and sessions, we kindly ask you to reconsider applying. Only with full commitment and participation of all participants can the Academy fulfil its potential.

 

Finally, should you be selected, you will be invited to attend a pre-engagement briefing on 14 January 2026 from 13 – 14 hrs CET along with the supervisor who fills out the employer form of your application.

 

To apply to participate in the Academy, please complete all fields in the application portal and upload the following required documents:

 

  1. Application Form Part I: Applicant Statement Download
  2. Application Form Part II: Employer Statement of Support Download
  3. Copy of Diploma/University Degree Certificate
