Project Manager
eCircle is Europe’s market leading email marketing provider with offices in Munich (HQ), London, Paris, Milan and Madrid. eCircle’s portfolio - Technology solutions, management of campaigns and consulting - enables well known companies such as BP, MBNA, Argos, ASDA, Citibank & Samsung Mobile to conduct email marketing successfully.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and hardworking person to join our Project Management team. Having worked in a similar online marketing or agency environment the candidate will be a proven problem solver who can take responsibility for projects and ensure all deadlines are met comfortably.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the management and set up of new clients with eCircle’s market leading email marketing technology. From specification through to delivery of support services, the role will involve managing all aspects of the project lifecycle. As the key decision maker on email marketing technology projects, the candidate will be responsible for co-coordinating other staff from other departments to assist with delivering projects on time and within budget.
Job description: - Management of email programs for major technology customers
- Providing technical insight to assist in development of proposals
- Presenting eCircle’s technical solutions in support of the sales process
- Define and develop email marketing strategies for major blue chip clients
- Definition and documentation of technical solution
- Overseeing the set up and roll out of solution
- Coordinating production through internal teams (eg. HTML coders, database admin, engineering etc)
- Managing the customer support process for all technical and operational issues
- Analysis of marketing data and interpretation of results
Skills: - Educated to degree level or equivalent
- At least 2 years work experience, preferably in agency, web development or e-marketing technology role
- Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of Web and database marketing technology
- Excellent presentation skills
